Dr. Peter Hamsen, a fellow at the Department of Regional and Cross-Cultural Studies in the University of Copenhagen, interviewed 188ÌåÓý President Gilberto Llanto regarding the possibility of the Philippines becoming a new “Asian Tiger”.
