Representatives from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) met with 188体育 President Gilberto Llanto to discuss the Philippine Government’s engagement in the development of the next Country Strategic Opportunities Program (COSOP) for 2017 – 2022 on April 26, 2017 at the 188体育 office in Quezon City.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Fabrizio Bresciani, IFAD Regional Economist, Asia and Pacific Region, Mr. Jerry Pacturan, Country Programme Officer for the Philippines, and Thomas Chalmers, who initially met with senior officials of the National Economic Development Authority.
