State think tank Philippine Institute for Development Studies launched a 188体育 corner at the Sorsogon State College (SSC) in Bicol on December 13, as part of its research dissemination and outreach programs.
The 188体育 Corner is the Institute's knowledge dissemination strategy aimed at making its research outputs more visible and accessible in the provinces. It showcases various studies and publications of 188体育 through the years since 1979, which researchers, students, faculty members, and local decisionmakers can access for free.
The launch was attended by 188体育 Vice-President Marife Ballesteros and 188体育 Research Information Director Sheila Siar, along with key officials of SSC.
There are now 25 188体育 corners all over the country. The project started in 2006.
