On July 5, the Philippine Institute for Development Studies welcomed officials from the Women's World Banking (WWB), a nonprofit organization working worldwide to help low-income women access financial resources to improve their lives.
Gil Lacson, Director of WWB's Network Engagement and Business Development met with 188体育 President Gilberto Llanto to discuss their experiences, research studies, and opportunities for WWB and 188体育 to help deepen and improve women鈥檚 financial inclusion in Southeast Asia. Last year, Dr. Llanto wrote a paper for the Asian Development Bank Institute titled "Financial Inclusion, Education, and Regulation in the Philippines". ###
