THE World Bank warned of a rise in the incidence of hunger in the Philippines because of the lingering El Ni帽o.The nation鈥檚 poor households could be adversely affected by the El Ni帽o dry weather phenomenon and its impact on food production, said Eric Le Borgne, World Bank senior economist.
